Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We process and pack orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of booking by contacting our WhatsApp support desk or via email.

• Once an order has been verified, packed, and handed over to our courier partner for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled from our system.

2. Damage & Replacement Only

Due to the operational nature of the items we distribute, we follow a strict Replacement-Only Policy. We do not offer cash refunds or order returns once the item is delivered in good condition.

However, if your package is damaged during courier transit, or if you receive an item with any manufacturing defects, we will gladly ship a **fresh new piece to you at zero additional cost**.

How to Claim a Replacement

If you receive a damaged package, please follow these simple steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  • 1. Take a clear photo or a short video showing the damaged part of the product or box.
  • 2. Share your Order ID and the media files directly with us on our WhatsApp support number (+91 91114 69300) or email it to support@bluenton.com.
  • 3. Our support team will verify your details within 24 hours and arrange a fresh dispatch immediately.

3. Undelivered Parcels

If a courier delivery agent cannot locate your address after multiple attempts, or if the provided mobile number remains unreachable, the package will automatically be returned to our distribution center.

In such situations, our customer desk will reach out to you to verify your delivery address before arranging a re-shipment of your order.
