1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website (bluenton.com) and placing an order with Bluenton (owned, operated, and managed by Giant Waterproofing Co), you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these guidelines, you should avoid placing orders or using products through our platform.
2. User Obligations & Shipping Integrity
When submitting delivery details during checkout, you agree to provide completely accurate, current, and true information (including buyer name, receiver name, accurate site/building landmark, and working 10-digit mobile numbers). Since we ship liquid chemical coatings and heavy waterproofing packages, we are not responsible for delivery delays or failed drop-offs caused by incorrect address entries, unreachable contacts, or lack of site coordinates.
3. Commercial Purchases, Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on our waterproofing chemical catalogue are flat, transparent, inclusive of GST where applicable under Giant Waterproofing Co, and are subject to change without separate notice.
• Order Processing Limits: We reserve the right to pause, cancel, or reject any chemical batch order if there is a logistical transit breakdown, surface route closure, cargo carrier restriction on liquid materials, or systemic processing error on your checkout page.
COD Surcharge & Compliance
By choosing the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, you agree to clear the final invoice amount directly with the courier agent when your parcel arrives. The added ₹149.00 logistics surcharge is a specialized cargo handling fee required by national courier networks to manage transit risks and return logistics of heavy liquid-safe packaging systems. Repeated refusal of booked COD waterproofing orders will result in permanent system blocking of your phone number and delivery location from future dispatches.
4. Waterproofing Product & Viscosity Variations
We do our best to maintain uniform, top-tier industrial quality standards across all waterproofing liquids, roof coatings, and crack-sealing solutions. However, minor variations in fluid viscosity or color tone can occur due to temperature shifts during transit parameters or raw material batch updates. For damages or technical batch leakage, please refer to our dedicated replacement policy guidelines.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any transactional processes executed on bluenton.com shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of the purchase of waterproofing systems or website browsing sessions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
