When submitting shipping details during checkout, you agree to provide completely accurate, current, and true information (including buyer name, receiver name, accurate landmark, and working 10-digit mobile numbers). We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address entries or unreachable mobile numbers.
3. Commercial Purchases & Prices
All prices listed on our product catalogue are flat, transparent, and subject to change without separate notice.
• Order Processing: We reserve the right to pause or reject any order batch if there is a logistics breakdown, courier route closure, or systemic error in your checkout parameters.
COD Surcharge & Compliance
By choosing the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, you agree to clear the final invoice amount directly with the courier agent when your parcel arrives. The added ₹149.00 logistics surcharge is an absolute courier handling fee required to run secure COD operations safely. Repeated refusal of booked COD orders will result in permanent system blocking of your phone number from future dispatches.
4. Product & Packaging Variations
We do our best to maintain uniform, top-tier quality standards across all items and merchandise batches. However, minor natural differences in external finish tones or texture variations can occur within technical manufacturing and structural conditions. For damages or technical discrepancies, please refer to our dedicated replacement policy guidelines.
