Order Processing & Dispatch
We process and prepare your waterproofing orders as quickly as possible. Since waterproofing liquids and coatings must be delivered with intact hermetic seals, every product batch and bucket cap undergoes a manual physical leak-proof verification before final packaging.
• Dispatch Timeline: All chemical, coating, and sealant orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order verification (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
Delivery Timelines (Surface Cargo)
Due to safety regulations surrounding liquid building chemicals, our materials are routed through national surface cargo networks. Once your order is handed over to our transit partners, the estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Districts): 4 to 6 business days.
- Remote Locations: Up to 7 to 8 business days depending on local surface courier delivery limits.
Shipping Rates & Surcharges
We believe in transparent pricing. Our standard surface shipping is free, but payment choices include specific handling parameters:
- Standard Delivery: FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A logistics surcharge of ₹149.00 is added to all COD orders. This is a special handling fee charged by courier companies to securely manage cash collections and return risks of chemical cargo.
Spill-Proof Packaging Standards
Our packages are treated with specialized care. Waterproofing liquids, roof coatings, and crack-sealing pastes are filled in industrial-grade, heavy-duty HDPE containers. Every bucket is reinforced with high-strength plastic shrink wrap, placed inside dense, shock-resistant double-walled corrugated carton boxes, and buffered with foam molds to ensure absolute safety against impact and leakage during long-distance surface transit.
Heavy Cargo Tracking
We partner only with trusted surface logistics networks like Delhivery, Gati, and Blue Dart. As soon as your chemical batch is dispatched, you can track it live using our Track Order Desk or via the real-time tracking link sent to your registered mobile number.
